Om Decor would like to emphasis the importance of the below timeline #items 1-4 before the project kicks off.

1. INFORMATION

Collect all requirements & building information (unit hand over date, site assessment, fitout guide, layout Plan, Building Plan, M&E Drawings, compliance issues, if any)

2. UNDERSTAND

Place a Design fee for our Designer to carry out the design with the estimated budget.

3. AGREEMENT

Discuss on discussed materials, client's comfortable budget estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Finalise budget, schedule and design.

Sign contract.

4. SUBMISSION

Submission to landlord or management team for approval to start the renovation fit-out work
