• Full Document Submission - Work Permit Application; Risk Assessment; Project Planning and Schedule; Technical Drawings and Design Drawings

• Project Supervision and Management

• Fire Safety Certification; PE Endorsements

• Full renovation fit out works - Carpentry works, metal works, electrical, plumbing & sanitary works, upholstery work, glass works, partition and sound resistance walls; Lead lining for doors/walls on X-ray rooms

• Equipment deployment and setup - compressors and suctions, Dental Chairs, OPG, Dentist Autoclave and Dental Sterilizers

• Inspection and Licensing

  Study the floor plan and consider the waiting area, reception, consultation rooms, and treatment rooms

  Update electrical, plumbing, and cooling systems to meet the latest standards 

• Radiation protection

  If the clinic has dental imaging rooms, consider adding radiation shielding solutions
