Design & Build | Dental Clinic Renovation

Om Decor was appointed as the Design & Build contractor for the renovation of Pacific Dental Holdings’ clinic at Wisma Atria. The project involved full regulatory coordination, specialist dental fit-out works, and integrated equipment installation within a live commercial environment.

This clinic was planned to meet both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, while creating a welcoming and professional experience for patients.

1. Regulatory & Technical Documentation

• Full document submission for authority approvals

• Work Permit application and site safety documentation

• Risk Assessment, project planning, and construction scheduling

• Technical and design drawings for coordination

• Fire Safety Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) endorsements

2. Project Management & Supervision

• Custom carpentry and cabinetry

Radiation Protection. Integrated shielding systems for dental imaging rooms to comply with radiation safety requirements.
