Om Decor

COMPANY STRUCTURE & FLOW

A Defined & Clear organisation is important for a smooth work flow

 

Your first contact will is their Customer Service Officer or directly to their Project Consultant. Om Decor will verify with you on:

  1. Your company

  2. Site location

  3. Floor plan and/or Design Drawings

  4. Estimated budget

  5. Type of services (Design or Design & Build)

  6. Your take-over date of your premise (Site) from MA or Landlord

  7. Your expected completion date for the renovation works

Once your requirements are determined and met, Om Decor will proceed with the interior design phase, followed by a cost proposal. It will be completed with a deposit from Client. After which, Om Decor will proceed on all the application submission with relevant PE endorsements to the authorities to legalise all the works.

Upon approval of the permit from MA, Om Decor will execute their project team with their respective supervisors to carry out the fit out renovation works.  Clients will be updated on the site renovation progress timely.

 

Client will be notified on the handover date and will also being invoiced accordingly. Please note that it will be Om Decor policy that Clients will required to make at least 95% of the payment this time.
