Om Decor is a Singapore-based commercial interior design and build contractor specialising in office, clinic, and corporate fit-out projects.We believe a successful renovation is not built on assumptions or verbal assurances, but on clear decisions, early alignment, and disciplined execution. Our approach focuses on reducing uncertainty before work begins, so projects can proceed smoothly and outcomes remain reliable long after completion.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Renovation Should Be Clear Before It Is Built

Traditional renovation often relies on decisions being made or adjusted during construction. This commonly leads to variations, delays, and unnecessary disputes. At Om Decor, we operate differently. We adopt a verification-first approach, where design intent, materials, and key systems are reviewed and aligned before site execution. This provides clarity for clients, reduces risk during construction, and allows projects to progress with greater confidence and control.

FOUNDER-LED OVERSIGHT

Om Decor is founded by Joseph Phua, who remains actively involved as Founder & Principal Consultant. Joseph provides hands-on senior oversight during critical stages of each project, including early consultation, design alignment, and key decision reviews. His involvement ensures that projects are guided by experience, structure, and foresight — rather than reactive problem-solving on site.Founder involvement is not intended to create operational dependency, but to strengthen project outcomes through accountable leadership where it matters most.

OM LAB+ | DESIGN & SYSTEM VERIFICATION

OM LAB+ is Om Decor’s internal design and decision verification framework.Through OM LAB+, materials, specifications, and construction details are reviewed and aligned before site execution. This allows important decisions to be resolved early, instead of during construction, reducing uncertainty and improving execution quality. As part of this framework, Om Decor implements Material Passport+™, where approved materials and finishes are clearly identified and aligned with project requirements. This supports consistency and helps ensure that what is agreed during planning is faithfully delivered on site.

OUR TEAM & PROJECT DELIVERY

Each Om Decor project is supported by a structured project delivery team, ensuring accountability at every stage.Project execution is managed through defined roles covering project coordination, site supervision, quality control, design documentation, authority submissions, and procurement coordination.This team-based structure allows Om Decor to remain lean and responsive, while maintaining consistent standards across multiple projects.
