Commercial Office for approx 8200 sqft unit at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower .

The works involved dismantling existing partitions, ceiling finishes, floor finishes, built-in fixtures, and related items, followed by debris removal and making-good works to restore the premises for handover.

 

With the project located at Marina Bay / Marina View / Central Boulevard,  Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower, careful coordination was required to comply with building management procedures, site regulations, and handover requirements. The works were carried out safely and efficiently, with attention to proper execution, cleanliness, and timely completion.
