The works involved dismantling existing partitions, ceiling finishes, floor finishes, built-in fixtures, and related items, followed by debris removal and making-good works to restore the premises for handover.

 

With the project located at Raffles Place / Collyer Quay / Market Street​,  CapitaGreen, careful coordination was required to comply with building management procedures, site regulations, and handover requirements.
